Accommodation
Lucerne is a popular tourist destination in the summer, and hotel rooms are often at a premium. We advise all delegates to arrange accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference delegates at a selection of hotels in and around the city centre. These are:
- Monopol
- Central
Rooms in the above hotels can be booked via the official portal during the registration process.
NB. For those wishing to stay as close as possible to the conference venue, the Radisson Blu, Monopol and Waldstätterhof are all within a few minutes walk of the main university building and the KKL.
The following comprises a list of additional recommendations, including lower-priced options. Please note that these cannot be booked via the official registration portal – individual delegates must reserve directly with the hotel/hostel in question.
Alternatively, delegates may wish to consult the Airbnb listings for Lucerne. More adventurous types might also consider the Camping Lido Luzern, idyllically situated on the lake.
